Return and refund policy

1. Conditions for return

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the goods right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

The product is not of the correct type or model in the ordered order or as on the website at the time of ordering.

Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order.

External conditions are affected such as tearing the packaging, dents…..

The customer has coordinated to provide relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on the time for notification and sending of return products

Time to notify return: within 48 hours from the receipt of the product in case the product lacks quantity, incorrect type, model, etc.

Product return delivery time: within 3 days from the receipt of the product. Product return location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or transfer it by post.

3. Processing time for return orders

The sending of replacement products or refunds can only be started after the customer has completed the product evaluation check.

The process of evaluating product quality starts from 3 working days. The customer service department will contact and agree with the customer about the return decision, agree on the delivery schedule & fees (if any) with the customer.
